Red packing bag – Trailer 1.0
With a capacity of 220 L, the robust and waterproof bicycle trailer bag safely and securely transports large groceries or lots of equipment to your destination. An additional pocket on the outside provides quick access. The pack bag attaches to the trailer with hook-and-loop straps, and its volume can be adjusted using two straps. When empty, it lies flat in the trailer and can be combined with the wheels for space-saving storage. It is made of high-quality, abrasion-resistant Cordura®. The roll-top closure makes loading easier, while a lockable zipper protects the pack bag from unauthorized access. Made in Germany.

Which bicycles are compatible with the veolo Trailer 2.0?
The veolo Trailer 2.0 fits almost any bicycle with a sturdy frame. Reliable brakes are essential (hydraulic disc brakes recommended), as is ideally a thru axle. Best suited for trekking, mountain, touring, and gravel bikes. Road bikes are not suitable. The trailer attaches to the left side of the rear axle—a particularly reinforced area on modern bicycles.
Is the veolo Trailer 2.0 compatible with e-bikes?
Yes—the veolo Trailer 2.0 is ideal for e-bikes. Especially with heavy loads and on hilly terrain, the motor provides effortless assistance.
Is the trailer suspended?
Yes, via a specially developed elastomer suspension system. It responds progressively and sensitively with a light load, and more firmly with a heavy load. The suspension is weather-resistant and easy to replace.

How much can the veolo Trailer 2.0 transport?
Up to 60 kg. The soft elastomer (standard) is optimized for 5–45 kg, while the medium elastomer (optional) is for 45–60 kg.
What can I transport?
Everything your adventure needs, up to 60 kg: sports equipment (SUP, skateboard, climbing gear), camping and outdoor luggage, photo and music equipment, or everyday items such as groceries, crates of drinks, home improvement supplies, and packages.
Which hitch arm fits my bicycle?
Standard drawbar for 26–29″ wheels, multifunction drawbar for 16–29″ wheels, long drawbar for long loads (all wheel sizes). The drawbar can be replaced quickly and easily with two screws (6 mm Allen key).
Which wheels and tires are fitted?
20-inch wheels with lightweight aluminum double-wall rims (406 ETRTO, approx. 25 mm) and Kenda Small Block Eight Pro tires (20 × 2.10). Lightweight, low rolling resistance, fast on many surfaces.
Easily removable with one hand thanks to thru-axles.
How does the multifunctional hitch work?
It turns the veolo trailer into a handcart in seconds: open both quick releases, swing the tow bar upward, close the releases again, and click the handle over the ball hitch until it locks into place. Before use, always check that both releases are securely closed.
How do I care for the veolo Trailer 2.0?
The bicycle trailer is robust and weather-resistant; regular cleaning is sufficient, and no special products are needed. The aluminum frame is corrosion-resistant, the bags can be cleaned with water, and metal parts should be wiped occasionally. Maintenance requirements are very low thanks to the small number of wear parts; the bearings and elastomer can be replaced quickly when needed.
Does the trailer fit in the car?
Yes. The trailer can be disassembled flat and compactly and fits in the trunk of a typical mid-size car.
