We've further developed the trailer using modern technologies. Particularly stressed and complex frame parts are forged and precisely CNC-milled. We also use CNC bending and laser cutting for the aluminum tubes, as well as modern bonding technology. We're continually expanding our expertise and incorporating new solutions into our development.

Our materials guarantee maximum stability and durability. The aluminum used is not only super light but also extremely robust, which means that the trailer effortlessly compensates for the strong forces that act on it, especially on uneven terrain. Every detail - from the bronze bearings to the aluminum tubes - has been carefully selected for the highest quality and reliability.

The VEOLO Cargo is a real piece of manufacturing quality. Of more than 130 individual parts, around 60 components are assembled, glued, sanded and coated by hand in our Leipzig workshop. After around 300 manual steps, the trailer is carefully packaged and waiting for shipping. This resource-saving handcraft not only guarantees longevity, but also the highest quality of workmanship - for a product that is perfectly thought out down to the smallest detail.

We pay attention to fair working conditions and environmentally friendly production. The VEOLO trailer is manufactured entirely in Germany - from assembly to shipping from our Leipzig workshop. In this way, we create local jobs and short supply chains that reduce CO₂ emissions. Around 75% of the components, such as the exclusively manufactured aluminum tubes from the Bavarian Forest, come from Germany. In addition, 95% of the trailer is recyclable thanks to the pure processing.
