Production & Innovation

We have further developed the trailer using modern technologies. Particularly stressed and complex parts of the frame are forged and precisely CNC-milled. We also use CNC bending and laser cutting for the aluminum tubes, as well as modern adhesive technology. We continuously expand our expertise and introduce new solutions into development.

High-quality materials

Our materials ensure maximum stability and durability. The entire construction, including the frame and suspension, has been meticulously designed, tested, and simulated to withstand strong forces, especially those encountered on uneven terrain. Every detail, from the precise bearings to the structural components, has been carefully selected to guarantee the highest quality and reliability. This way, we offer a product that is not only robust but also delivers reliable performance over the long term.

Developed & assembled in Germany

The veolo Trailer 2.0 is developed and assembled in Germany. This is where the design, fine-tuning, and continuous development take place—and where every trailer is finally assembled, inspected, and prepared for shipping.

This allows us to keep the crucial steps in our own hands and ensure that the quality, functionality, and workmanship meet our high standards—for a well-designed trailer that impresses down to the smallest detail.

Social & ecological

For us, responsibility means fair working conditions and resource-efficient production. Because development and final assembly take place in Germany, local jobs are created here, and we keep quality and processes closely managed. We carefully select materials and suppliers, focus on durability instead of disposable products, and ensure a construction that is as pure and recyclable as possible – so your trailer lasts for many years and can be well recycled at the end.
